Maison du Ski accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items are non-returnable, including: (a) Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable", (b) used, damaged, or altered items and (c) items without original packaging or tags.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Maison du Ski is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
